Q: When will my order be processed? A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Since badminton rackets have long silhouettes and highly sensitive graphite structures under structural tension, we take extra care to pack every frame inside rigid, protective bubble wrapping and heavy-duty elongated boxes to ensure zero bending or structural damage during transit. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Q: Can I track my package? A: Absolutely! Once your racket ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link so you can follow your order's journey directly to your doorstep.

RETURNS & COURT WARRANTY POLICY

For safety and resale value reasons, all rackets must be completely unused, unplayed, with the original factory plastic wrap intact on the grip, and returned in the original packaging.

Q: My racket arrived bent or damaged out of the box. What should I do? A: We inspect every frame thoroughly before shipping, but rough transit handling can occasionally happen. Q: Do your rackets come pre-strung or unstrung? A: This varies by model! Most of our recreational and intermediate rackets come pre-strung with high-quality factory strings at a balanced, versatile tension. Our premium, professional-grade rackets are often offered unstrung so you can customize them with your preferred string type and specific tension parameters. Q: How should I store and maintain my FlintGrove racket to make it last longer? A: Carbon graphite is highly sensitive to extreme temperatures. To prolong the lifespan of your frame and strings:

  • Always store your racket inside a padded thermal racket bag when not in use.

  • Never leave your racket in the trunk of a hot car or in freezing environments, as extreme temperature fluctuations can warp the frame or snap the strings.

  • Avoid scraping the frame against the court floor during intense low-shot rallies.
